Preparation of Baseline Schedule covering all the activities that are listed in the BOQ in due coordination with the IFC Drawings; also resources to be calculated based on Company Standard Norms and load the resources and arrive manpower requirement & histogram using Primavera P6 Software• Coordinating with the Client for the approval of the Baseline Schedule and proper tracking & monitoring of the Baseline Schedule in line with the Standard Contracts for Building & Civil Engineering Works – May 2019 of the Sultanate of Oman.• Preparation of Request for Labour Transfer (RLT) in line with the requirement the Baseline Schedule’s manpower histogram and also checking the current site scenario and work front availability• Monitoring of the deployment of the Manpower at site and their consumption and ensuring the productivity of the manpower are as per the Standard Norms prescribed by the company.• Notifying the Client and Company for any Risks or Anticipation of Delays in compliance to the Contract and record all delay events with all required standard record details.• Discuss and arrive different strategies at site by assisting the Site Team to avoid delays and mitigate / recover any such delays incurred at site• Preparation, Submission & Approval coordination with Client for the Extension of Time for the project on time before the expiry of the original contract duration with all necessary & relevant supporting documents to convince the Client.• Conduct internal site meetings in order to ensure the current progress of the site is as per the planned schedule and Action Plan assigning & monitoring through Project In-Charge.• Necessary documentation in regards to the Project Management and Implementation at site by guiding the Document Controller
