Ich bin Benny Hahn, Co-CEO der ZEP GmbH.In meiner Zeit in der Unternehmensberatung habe ich Strategien konzipiert, Business Cases entwickelt und Transformationen begleitet. Fachlich sauber. Analytisch fundiert.Und trotzdem habe ich immer wieder das Gleiche gesehen:Projekte liefen operativ gut aber wirtschaftlich fehlte die Transparenz.Forecasts waren Annahmen.Die Auslastung wirkte hoch, ohne klaren Margenbezug.Controlling kam oft erst am Ende.Ich wollte nicht länger analysieren. Ich wollte Verantwortung tragen.2022 habe ich gemeinsam mit Christian Bopp die provantis GmbH übernommen und zur heutigen ZEP GmbH weiterentwickelt von 6 auf über 40 Mitarbeitende.
