We reiterate to our representatives that the best way they can make a difference with their clients is through consistent hard work and dedication to their craft.”As a Managing Partner, my responsibilities include: recruiting top tier talent to our agency and then helping those individuals develop a successful financial practice. We require a four year degree, but we do not require a background in finance. Annually, our district will hire between four and six individuals. We prioritize most of our Recruiting efforts interviewing current and former collegiate and professional athletes, for both, full-time opportunities and internship roles.
