About Bennett Schiro

I have a master\'s degree in finance and a bachelor\'s degree in business administration and management from Louisiana State University. I am currently a Finance Manager at Wells Fargo, where I drive strategy to improve returns in the corporate and investment bank (CIB) division. I have core competencies in business reporting, resource planning, and capital forecasting.In my current role, I have revamped the relationship approval process and associated reporting, created infrastructure for tracking key performance indicators in CIB banking, and built and maintained reporting on weekly corporate banking capital projections for senior management. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of organizational restructuring and presented weekly work-stream updates to senior leaders. I have a proven track record of producing ad hoc analyses, budget analyses, and deal highlight dashboards for senior leaders, delivering insights on industry performance, market share, hiring needs, process/program development, client profitability, and country risk exposure. I have had success in providing credit solutions and recommendations for complex capital structure deals, building rapport with prospects and customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as a former student-athlete and an SEC honor roll recipient.
