Reporting to the President, I oversee and orchestrate new product design, their development and lifecycles, and lead R&D into new emerging media technologies, tightly coupled with business development, Customer feedback and Support. In support of that write product documentation (manuals, data sheets, etc.), and am regularly published and interviewed as a thought leader, and have given over 100 presentations to inspire and educate audiences on emerging technology (SMPTE, NAB, InfoComm, LDI, SBE and many others). I launched ENCO\'s Virtual Production broadcast offering and produce our occasional Webinars and product videos.
