Within the Finance domain, I specialize in finance master data design, transactional data hygiene, which ultimately leads to effective tax and regulatory reporting.At a Finance Organization\'s inception/strategy phase, I pitch data-driven business cases and drive key design decisions across Director, VP, and Executive levels. Examples of such decisions include software selection (Make or Buy), Process Optimization, and Resource Management (including outsourcing and vendor/contractor selection)During the software implementation stage of my client\'s Finance Transformation journey, I provide technical program management using methodologies like AGILE and SCRUM, while guiding the organization through a thorough Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).As the FinTech Product matures, I transition to a Fintech Product Management role, growing user adoption and refining the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and quantification of value realization of the product for executive leadership.In my personal life, I am very passionate about cultural ethnical cuisine as well as anime and gaming.
