About Bennett Duncan
I am a Supply Chain Management student at the University of Tennessee with hands-on experience in operations, security, customer service, and team leadership. I have worked in roles at The Bookstore, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream, SkyZone, and Five Guys, where I supported daily operations, trained new employees, managed cash handling, enforced safety and ID policies, and guided teams during high-traffic shifts. I also serve on the Haslam Community Service Committee and hold the Housing Chair position in Theta Chi, where I manage projects, budgets, and coordination with advisors and alumni. These experiences have strengthened my skills in logistics, conflict resolution, planning, and operations management. I plan to build a career that connects my supply chain background with roles that require strong discipline, clear communication, and mission-focused teamwork. I am exploring two paths: becoming a Navy pilot, where I can serve with purpose and operate in high-pressure environments, or pursuing a career in supply chain logistics, where I can apply my training in operations, resource management, and systems coordination. I am motivated by leadership, structure, and long-term growth, and I aim to join an organization where I can continue to develop and contribute in a meaningful way.
