My work centers on building a data-driven culture that empowers teams across clinical, operational, and administrative domains to harness the full potential of AI.Over the past two years, I’ve grown our Analytics and AI Communities of Practice from a grassroots effort into a thriving, cross-functional network of 700+ engaged members. Through this community, we’ve fostered collaboration, shared best practices, and accelerated the responsible adoption of AI tools across the organization.One of our most impactful achievements has been the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, where we achieve a 96% adoption rate among targeted users—earning ECU Health recognition from Microsoft and industry peers as a pioneering “Frontier Firm.” This success was made possible by a comprehensive AI Literacy Strategy I developed and implemented, grounded in best practices and tailored to diverse roles across the health system.My leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that innovation thrives where curiosity meets energy and experience.
