Throughout my time on Active Duty and working in various non-profit organizations, I found that I love to develop others to maximize their full potential. I managed operational planning, supervised training, and allocated resources for an organization totaling over 1,600 personnel with six, separate departments. I possess a comprehensive background in team Building, leadership, and training derived from managing countless domestic operations. I analyzed and mitigated risks across multiple lines of effort to protect personnel, assets, property, and equipment valued at over $20M.I have managed 21 front-line supervisors responsible for the operational planning, training, conflict resolution, compliance and risk management, and employee relations of an organization with over 1,600 people. My leadership style emphasizes establishing a culture of trust, empowering subordinates, and applying valued feedback from direct reports to continuously refine and improve systems and processes.My experience managing over 20, more senior individuals during the business development process demonstrates my ability to effectively leverage individual competencies and shortcomings for the betterment of an organization.    Responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with donors in support of Margin of Excellence programs at the United States Military Academy. My focus is on ensuring supporters have West Point maximize their impact while also ensuring the longevity of essential programs and opportunities available at the Academy. I engage with over donors and prospective donors on an annual basis and manage a pool of approximately 300 individuals.
