Process pledges, payments, and bills. Track gifts and produce acknowledgment letters and other correspondence. Maintain donor lists- Handle a variety of delegated in-person and remote administrative and clerical functions- Develop and maintain meeting schedules files and records. Schedule meetings, and gather and distribute meeting materials for in-person and remote sessions- Answer the main phone line for the department and serve as a backup for the Senior Vice President, Legacies & Endowments- Prepare forms, reports, and statistics as required- Observe the confidential nature of the agency’s services or operations- Planned, implemented, and executed administrative tasks by establishing guidelines, procedures, and organizational and departmental goals- Facilitate the most efficient and productive use of the time and effort of the immediate supervisor- Represent the organization as required to other departments, agencies, organizations, or outside professional and general communities- Serve as Contact Case Data Manager (CCDM) and participate in the Contact Quality Team (CQT) to support and maintain data integrity for L&E and the whole organization- Support the JUF Campaign and mandatory campaign-related activities on an ongoing basis.
