Find a London Office was created in 2006 after I was approached by two established office agents - Michael Fraser & Ian Kitchener - who are now my business partners. It does what it says on the tin: we help businesses find office space in London. My responsibilities focus on the website, which brings us the overwhelming bulk of our leads. Not only have I designed and built the website, I am responsible for online marketing: SEO, Analytics, Content Marketing - I edit the blog as well as contribute a few articles. I\'ve also built our bespoke CRM - as a suite of Wordpress plugins. We tried several off the shelf CRMs but none of them fit the bill, so we designed one purpose-built for our needs. I am currently developing a Chat App in VueJS to function as lead generator on the website as direct replacement for Intercom. I\'ve also built a PWA (also in VueJS) so we can chat with any potential client via our phones. The app integrates directly with our CRM as prospects convert to leads.
