I am a recent graduate student of Cal State Dominguez Hills in Computer Technology with Honors in the major and a Business Management minor. Beyond that I have over 15 years of professional management experience. I am currently seeking to apply my diverse expertise in a leadership and team role.As a manager, increasing customer loyalty is a specialty of mine. For example, when I worked for Barnes & Noble, I increased their membership program by 8.6% and improved market penetration by 2.5%. When I joined Blockbuster Video, I achieved the Top Revenue Growth vs. Previous Year award in my first year of my tenure and added Top Revenue Achievement in my second year. In my work in core areas of business and sales operations, I have Conceptualized, implemented, and managed critical areas of high volume business with both a local and national focus; demonstrated results for expanding into different markets. Identified ways to improve operations, regardless of the industry. Provided companies with the foundation needed for continued, long-term growth. Gained experience selling products and services.
