About Ben McDonald
Starting my first business at age 19 led to some incredible opportunities and experiences. I never dreamed I could be a 22 year old high school Athletic Director. It was strange and exciting being in a room full of peers often 30+ years older than me.I was fortunate to have sold my first business at age 24. That was the first time in my life that I had any money in my bank account. So I applied what I learned in school and began investing that money. I became fascinated by the concept of money working for people. I saw it as a chance to positively impact others\' lives, and decided to make a career in the wealth management space. Destination Wealth is built to give our clients an experience typically reserved for the likes of family offices or private wealth firms. We have an integrated solution with CPAs to provide tax guidance, strategies, and optimization. We have sophisticated portfolio management strategies that consistently prove their effectiveness. We implement advanced financial planning strategies to truly take care of our clients. And we do all of it while positively impacting our communities and the people around us.
