About Benmadi Milad
I am passionate about integrating data and people’s knowledge to optimize decisions in the energy business. I have cross-disciplinary degrees in geosciences (Ph.D.) and petroleum engineering (M.S.) with solid experience in the petroleum industry and academia. I have worked on multi-disciplinary teams with professional leadership and working abilities. I utilize experimental, modeling, and machine learning approaches to solve energy problems. I have solid strength with numerous software packages, including Petrel, Eclipse, Petra, Techlog, Interactive Petrophysics (IP), Hampson-Russell, Python, and R.I have been recognized for excellence in teaching both as an instructor and graduate teaching assistant. Additionally, I have been awarded 1st and 2nd Places Ph.D. Researcher, Best Applied Geology and Geophysics, and Outstanding Teaching. I led core workshops and field trips for graduate students and more than 28 Woodford Shale Consortium members.
