Develop and coordinate strategies to implement and administer The Standard’s Workplace Possibilities Program (WPP) and ADA Accommodation Services (ADA) for specific customers.•Serve as account manager for WPP and ADA, driving process and service improvements in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. •Lead WPP/ADA program implementations for customers as an active and involved account manager, providing guidance on all aspects of the program. •Support sales by participating in finalist presentations, site visits and other customer-facing events. •Provide leadership, information, guidance, and education to internal and external customers on accommodation services topics and ADA/WPP processes. •Collect metrics to determine the success and cost effectiveness of our programs. •Evaluate how specific employer programs are performing, identifying opportunities for improvement both internally and for customers. •Consult with employers on WPP/ADA program development, and other areas related to accommodations and productivity.
