I help my company achieve its mission of providing safe, reliable, competitively priced electric, natural gas, water and wastewater services to the citizen owners and customers of Colorado Springs Utilities. I do this by collaborating with clients to uncover underlying business challenges and work with them to develop meaningful and measurable solutions. I am well versed in various workflows including project management, ADDIE, SAM, Action Mapping, 6Ds (Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning). As a lifelong learner, I constantly work on improvement and discovering how performance solutions can help my customers improve their business. To be the best strategic partner and trusted adviser possible, I work hard to develop relationships with my clients to help develop collaborative solutions that actually change behavior and improve performance. Rita Smith says it best in her book “Strategic Learning Alignment, “The only reason that learning functions exist is to drive business outcomes.” My professional existence is to drive my customers and organization toward positive measurable business outcomes. Some of my skills include conducting diligent front-end analysis, helping customers link training with measurable business results, creative and innovative thinking and execution to include looking first at viable non-training interventions, online and ILT course design and development, graphics design, video production, multimedia development, and audio recording engineering. I am a highly-practiced user of numerous tools including Lectora, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, Teams, Panopto, Canva, Sonic Pro, Camtasia, Pro Tools, Studio One, SharePoint, MS Office, AICC/SCORM, and Saba Learning LMS, I\'m serious about having fun and have a passion for helping my clients solve their problems and achieve their business goals.
