Partner with Store Managers and Store Assistants to ensure seamless operation of high volume retail stores with weekly revenues in excess of including two of regions top three highest sales stores. Responsible for supervising, developing and motivating large workforces on a daily basis. Strong KPI focus with daily monitoring of overall performance of store to ensure ambitious targets are met and stores remain profitable. Other key responsibilities include recruitment, training, inventory management/loss prevention, business reporting, sales and productivity planning, ordering, performance management, administration, merchandising and more. Spearheaded new customer service focused approach within stores to significant success as measured in KPIs. Extensive training on a variety of topics including recruitment, employment law, health and safety, trade unions, employee mental wellbeing and more.
