This spans risk types such as Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Compliance, and Strategic Risk, This work entails analyzing processes to identify opportunities to cut costs, improve performance, reduce risk and execute controls. This work leverages my skills with data management, risk and control assessment, and process design. Solutions include Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Workflows, Digitalization, and Machine Learning. I also manage the team performing BPM work, process flows. for Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA). This includes managing contractors, the budget for them, the Full Time employee team, and a team in India.
