With more than six times that amount of dedicated practice, Ben has over-achieved expertise in HVAC design and refined his skills in project and people management. A licensed professional engineer Ben brings 31 years of experience and a design portfolio boasting a broad range of client and project types. Ben has overseen the design of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and plumbing systems adaptive re-use projects and understands the urgency of timely designs amidst rising costs. Ben ensures that his clients\' dollars are judiciously allocated, that equipment selections are made considering lead time and delivery, and that the resulting project provides a safe and comfortable environment. He has developed dozens of engineering programs for engineering designers and is the lead developer of a nationally recognized intelligent engineering design program, HVAC Solution.
