My role at One Good Thing, a rapidly-growing and fast-paced start-up, encompasses all areas of administration, customer service, financial and accounts management, executive support, events logistics, and marketing support. Reporting directly to the CEO, my role is outcomes-focused and tied to tough deliverables.My key achievements have included-Recovering over in missing invoices-Through management of customer care by telephone and email, supporting an increase in our TrustPilot rating from 4.3 stars to 4.7-Activating, training and implementing an AI-based CRM system-Managing the logistics of a major production activation at the 2025 London Marathon, where thousands of products were distributed-Onboarding staff at a senior level, and supporting recruitment - including sifting applicants - across the business-Securing editorial coverage in major UK sports publications through extensive outreach
