In partnership with top epilepsy physicians, neurologists, neurosurgeons and epilepsy care teams in Ontario, I support the surgical implantation and ongoing clinical use of Vagus Nerve stimulation devices (VNS Therapy) for the treatment of epilepsy. There is patient care support provided along with the education of physicians, advocacy groups, and patients in this process also. This important work takes place at district and regional hospitals in Ontario.
