As a Director within the Tax team at Sedulo, I oversee the delivery of a variety of tax services to a range of clients. My technical background is in corporate tax, with a focus on groups backed by private equity investors.I\'m currently working on a range of different tax matters with my clients - transaction preparedness and transaction support for businesses and their shareholders (either diligence, vendor assistance, or pre-deal healthchecks), complex interest deductibility matters (incorporating thin capitalisation, anti-hybrids and the Corporate Interest Restriction rules) and dealing with governance matters such as the Criminal Finances Act and Senior Accounting Officer.
