As Project Manager within Stantec\'s Defence sector, I lead the delivery of complex, high-security infrastructure projects across multiple UK strategic sites. I am responsible for managing multi-disciplinary design teams, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest technical, security and compliance standards.I direct projects from design through to construction support, with full accountability for programme, budget and quality. A core part of my role is engaging with stakeholders, including the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), Ministry of Defence (MOD) and Tier 1 contractors, building trusted relationships and fostering collaboration in highly secure environments. I also coordinate and manage cross-discipline engineers and consultants, ensuring resource resilience, technical assurance and effective delivery within restricted settings.In addition to project delivery, I support the growth of Stantec\'s Defence portfolio by contributing to new frameworks, partnerships and business development opportunities. I also develop and implement improvements to internal processes, knowledge-sharing practices and security compliance, creating tools and approaches that strengthen delivery in secure environments.This position enables me to combine technical understanding with project leadership, while further developing my expertise in Defence sector delivery and stakeholder management within highly regulated and security-sensitive contexts.
