I’m a driven and commercially aware student at the University of Birmingham, currently working at CFC as a Summer Intern within their US Professions team. This opportunity will allow me to develop a broad range of skills including risk analysis, data interpretation, market research, commercial decision-making, and client-focused communication, all within a high-performing insurance environment. In previous experience within recruitment, I built confidence engaging with a diverse range of individuals, developed resilience through performance-driven targets, and learned to adapt quickly to changing demands. I thrive in fast-paced, professional settings, and bring a confident, personable, and proactive approach to everything I do. I’m always focused on creating value, learning quickly, and contributing meaningfully to team goals. Naturally confident and outgoing, I’m someone who builds rapport quickly and works well under pressure. I enjoy being around ambitious, high-performing people and consistently hold myself to high standards. Whether working independently or within a team, I bring energy, initiative, and accountability.
