About Ben Wolf
I’m the Founder and CEO of Wolf’s Edge Integrators. My team and I work with growth-minded Visionaries who have hit the point where vision isn’t the problem, execution capacity is. Over time, I became convinced that the #2 Leader seat — Integrator / COO — is the most important role in the business after the Visionary. At Wolf’s Edge, we help companies bring clarity and objectivity to the #2 seat by placing a Fractional Integrator in their Accountability Chart to elevate their Leadership Team, formulate an experience-based Roadmap to achieve the business’s future state, and drive execution toward that future state. This culminates in elevating or placing the right long-term person in the Integrator seat to continue building where we leave off. We’ve defined three distinct types of Integrators — Operational, Conductor, and Executive — because not every business needs the same kind of #2.Through our MOAA assessment and #2 Leadership System, we help Visionaries to:• Evaluate Integrator fit• Measure Return on Integrator (ROI)• Clarify expectations and accountability• Decide whether to coach, optimize, or placeWe start with data. Then we determine the right path, because we believe Integrators work is objective, not subjective, and can be measured. I’m also the author of Fractional Leadership: Landing Executive Talent You Thought Was Out of Reach. I wrote it to help business owners understand that executive-level talent is more accessible than they think — and to elevate fractional leadership into a serious, performance-driven profession. If you’re building something meaningful and want to ensure your execution engine can support your ambition, I’m always open to a thoughtful conversation— Strengths: Connectedness I Strategic I Context I Individualization I IntellectionKolbe: 8 8 5 1
