3D microscopy to serve discovery and all therapeutic areas. I Interface with collaborators to develop scientifically rigorous experiments, provide progress updates, and review results. I also develop sample preparation protocols, including tissue clearing, immunostaining, or in situ hybridization, and perform Imaging using confocal, multiphoton, and lightsheet microscopes. I perform data analysis and visualization using e.g. Imaris Bitplane, and will internalize or develop novel techniques including expansion microscopy, automation of immunostaining, and scripting of analysis pipelines.
