   President/CFO Built an organization, and pioneered an industry, that provides food companies with affordable NYC permitted commercial kitchens. In five years expanded from 2500 s/f to 43,500 s/f, without outside capital while maintaining a 35% profit margin. Including over 100% of organic growth year over year. Lead real estate transactions and collaborate with legal, contractor, supplier, and design partners for expansion. Execute strategic investments, financial modeling, and accounting procedures. Implement and monitor cost control centers, lead cost-saving initiatives, and consistently analyzing trends to manage expenses effectively while developing budgets, forecasting sales, and report sales trends. Analyze monthly P&L reports while establishing ever changing KPI’s Co-lead business reviews and roadmap planning, fostering a strong company culture. Lead and develop a cohesive team of General Managers and Multi-Unit Operations Managers across a multi-unit network, to build a culture of support & excellence. Mentoring hourly employees to show them a path of success within the company. Hire a yearly “secret shopper” to perform a yearly audit of the step-by-step process of what our customers experience. Perform audits with the managers to ensure the spaces are kept clean, hospitality is at a high level, quality kept, and facilities are in good working order. Work closely with employees and customers that all SOP’s are being kept in use and new ones are being created. Demonstrated strong financial acumen, managing the financial health of the business and collaborating with General Managers and Multi-Unit Managers to increase customer counts, sales, and operational profitability. Ensured compliance with governing bodies (USDA, DOH, DOA) and implemented sustainability programs. Initiated sustainability programs including use of biodegradable products and a composting program to repurpose over lbs. of organic waste yearly
