Currently, I serve as the director of product management at WatchGuard Technologies, where I establish go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps for multiple product lines across the company portfolio. Before this, I served in several senior-level roles at the same company. I’ve made countless significant contributions to WatchGuard Technologies’ success, including- Facilitating millions in revenue recovery by publishing clear product line profitability guidelines that consolidated discount policies and assisted the product team in making consistent discount decisions- Guiding the integration of cross-functional teams from Spain and the US to combine lucrative endpoint business into the corporate portfolio, yielding over $10M in the first year- Implementing a FlexPay discount structure, growing revenue 127% quarter-over-quarter and generating over $1M in new revenue for the endpoint business. Throughout these positions—as well as earlier roles at AvePoint Inc. and Chesapeake Restaurants LLC—I’ve consistently developed quality products that meet customer needs and increase profitability.
