Leading a team of 6 data analysts & senior analysts to deliver key operational data and insight to customers across the business.Project Focus 20••••26: Migrating our data & reporting platform from an Azure SQL database & Data Factory setup onto Azure Databricks. Circa 800 sql objects, tables, procs, views and reports required refactoring to successfully migrate from a data model using type 1 SCD to type 2 SCD. Extensive retooling required to replace the existing CICD processes and ways of working. Utilised migration tools such as Lakebridge Transpile and Reconcile to decrease the manual effort required from my team.
