About Ben McGhee
After starting out as an architectural designer, I have since spent the majority of my professional journey on the developer/ownership side, evolving into my current role of Project Director. From initial due diligence all the way through to early operations I\'ve been responsible for the schedule, budget, and quality of nearly $500 million of ground-up projects across the West Coast. I\'ve successfully led large complex teams of consultants, suppliers, and contractors, while also navigating the endless roadblocks related to planning, permitting, and utilities (thanks for the sleepless nights California). As an added bonus, I\'ve worked primarily on projects built using volumetric modules, think customized shipping container buildings.I welcome the opportunity to connect with professionals in the industry, sharing insights andexploring collaborative possibilities.
