I am a researcher with expertise in percutaneous pharmacokinetics, pharmacokinetic modeling and simulation, drug metabolism, and bioanalysis. I have extensive modeling experience, which includes PKPD, PBPK, IVIVC, BA/BE, utilizing Phoenix WinNonLin, SimCyp, and Monolix. I also have conducted data/ image analysis using R, Python, and ImageJ. I have assisted in the writing of three IACUC protocols, two IRB protocols, as well as completing in vitro/in vivo dermal microdialysis experiments. I have also validated HPLC and LC-MS/MS assays for five analytes per the FDA Bioanalytical Method Validation (2018), which have been successfully used for dermal pharmacokinetic studies.
