ABOUT BENJAMIN S.

With over 20 years of experience in business leadership, I have held high-profile roles in the Facilities Management, Security, Housing and Plant Hire/Construction/Emergency Response sectors.At the heart of my approach is a unique ability to transform high value service contracts, taking an organisations reputation from that of a supplier to expert partner. In 2019, I developed a complex facilities management and security strategy for a client who owned some of the largest leisure venues in the UK. This included the design & implementation of a layered security strategy, which was recognised and presented as best practice by the Security Industry Authority.During the COVID-19 pandemic, my roles as Operations Director and Director of 360 Solutions were pivotal in the successful design, implementation, and management of a national government testing program. My efforts were honored by the UK Health Security Agency and the Military, awarding me the prestigious 4 Regiment Commanding Officer’s Coin.I am particularly proud to have led complex, high profile projects for world stage, government contracts. These have included: COP26 climate change conference, the G7 world leaders summit, Operation London Bridge (the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II), and Operation Golden Orb (the coronation of King Charles).
