I created The Purpose Lab as a container and incubator for my coaching, teaching, consulting, and projects related to human development and transformation. It has evolved in focus and grew global in 2022 as part of a grant awarded by the US Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon.The core principles of the Purpose Lab drive the consulting and training I do for organizations and schools around the world. My approach to transformation for both groups and individuals (in coaching and workshop settings) involves mindfulness/meditation, breathwork, visualization, subconscious reprogramming, somatics, authentic relating, and more.
