At OhioHealth, our IT department supports many customers and many applications. As an Applications Advisor in the Corporate space, my main role is to mature our corporate technology (Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos) and our customers technology (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Protective Services, & Customer Experience).To do this, I complete activities like- Building out new processes for all Demand Managers (Business Analysts, Advisors, Informaticists) to intake project-level work and get the request all the way to be roadmapped with a clear estimate for the solution needed to solve our customer\'s problems- Managing a team of Business Analysts who take on Corporate customers\' problems via the intake process and designing solutions for our outsourcing partner to develop- Managing our vendor relationship with Workday to drive key initiatives or downtime procedures- Coordinating leaders at the Director and VP level across Corporate customers to identify goals that lead to developing different technology initiatives prioritized across the entire IT portfolio- Leading projects from the technical side for Finance, Supply Chain, and Protective Services projects which includes responsibilities of managing outsourced vendor resources, developing support models to transition the project work, making timeline/ resources decisions, and ultimate accountability on sign-off before deployment.Cool projects I have been a part of at OhioHealth are- Wavemark Implementation (IT Project Lead over Software and Hardware)- implementing a Supply Chain solution to capture supply usage information to get the data into the patient\'s chart and into our ERP to reorder supplies more efficiently- Real Estate ERP implementation (Co-IT Project Lead)- implementing software to manage OhioHealth real estate portfolio and its financials - Led the team to get the Financials back into the main ERP- Opportunity Tree Assessment for Supply Chain Analytics needs in Sourcing to increase savings.
