About Benjamin Soltis
A job isn\'t just work I do to gain a living. When I\'m not in the office collaborating with co-workers, you might find me working underneath a car or volunteering time to public safety causes. While my childhood taught the financial value of work, my work ethic was grown through the many facets of leaders around me. Both family and friends throughout the years have molded my view of the business world into one that truly shows the great things possible with free enterprise and a smart application of technology. Leading a team of technicians in my current role that handle the human side of computer upgrades allows me to pass on a solid work ethic foundation.I got my start in the world of technology in high school after being encouraged to test and receive a certification for CompTIA\'s A+. This allowed me to prove my worth and enabled several, sometimes overlapping, IT jobs throughout and after college since 2012. With a couple years of IT experience under my belt in hometown, I moved to Grand Rapids, MI to pursue my IT career which led me into a leadership role. It is this current role that I use to train the next generation of technicians within the company to support many facets of better IT efficiency and customer service.During my free time I am often working on home improvement projects, keeping up with maintenance on my cars, and volunteering in a unique public servant role. I apply the same work ethic to my personal and professional life, which helps guarantee successful outcomes, an active mind, and (most importantly) friends that can be counted on.
