About Benjamin Jooste
With over 6 years of experience in coaching, learning, and consulting, I am passionate about unlocking the greatness of individuals and organizations. I am the Coach and Founder of Transformation Powerhouse LLC, a coaching and consulting firm that helps leaders and teams achieve their highest potential through cutting-edge adult learning techniques and evidence-based practices. I am also a doctoral student at Teachers College, Columbia University, where I study adult learning and leadership, and a core facilitator at Columbia University\'s Coaching Certification Program, where I teach and mentor aspiring coaches. In my previous role at Accenture, I supported various clients in developing their talent strategies and capabilities, leveraging my skills in training and development, employee training, and leadership development.
