I am a business & equipment appraiser and a business Intermediary. As a qualified and accredited CVA business appraiser and CMEA equipment appraiser I provide services that meet the NAVCA\'s, NEBBI\'s, US Government’s USPAP and the AICPA\'s SSVS No.1 standards. As a business Intermediary I facilitate solutions for my clients. These solutions may result in a management buyout, ESOP, estate transfer, or sale to a third party. My primary focus is to maximize my client\'s after tax net benefits. I am experienced in dealing in various aspects of accounting and financial management for service, distribution, and manufacturing operations. The sale or purchase of a business can have many challenges before success is achieved. Typically no one individual can provide all the answers.
