I lead and support a team of EHS Managers and Advisors delivering across some of the UK’s most high-profile and technically demanding train maintenance operations, including Thameslink, Eurostar, Moorgate, South Western Railway, and West Coast Main Line.As a senior leader, I work closely with management teams at all levels, advising on EHS priorities and contributing to their integration into both operational and strategic decision-making. My role is to set clear direction for my team, help them grow, and maintain a consistent and professional approach to EHS across all projects.I oversee governance, risk management, incident investigations, and assurance activities, making sure lessons are implemented and standards continue to improve. I also contribute to shaping business-wide EHS priorities, ensuring they align with operational realities and long-term goals.
