Hired to lead the Operations team for the North America Client Support Services (CSS) organization, providing direction on post-placement activities, such as accounting, relationship management, and claims consulting. Partner with the CSS-D team to update accounting system process documents and training materials. Collaborate with the Global Management Information (MI) team and IT to translate technical needs. Cultivate strategic internal alliances. Oversee 2 direct and 13 indirect reports. Optimized and accelerated the year-end collateral process from circa 215 to 8 manhours while mitigating the risk of human errors. Enabled earlier report generation, including developing individual summaries for clients. Transformed Client Support Services organization by supporting its development from scratch and leading the company’s first-ever team. Improved workload tracking and reporting for relationship managers and global claims consultants, as well as increased efficiencies and elevated productivity by redefining the month-end reporting process. Streamlined reconciliation function and eliminated numerous manhours after transitioning circa 85% of reporting from manual to automated PowerBI dashboards, enabling data accuracy, consistency, and transparency. Strengthened reporting functions (as Global MI champion for North America) through participating in the development of global PowerBI dashboards, as well as designing and implementing staff training practices. Improved performance by consistently ensuring alignment between senior management needs and technicians’ daily functions; fostered trusting alliances and partnered with COO, Global Head of CSS, and North American and regional leaders to better understand their unique needs and objectives. Contributed to creating KPIs and OKRs.
