Develop, present, and execute the terminal\'s annual operating budget, capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans, and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with regional and business unit goals. Continuously analyze financial reports, operating ratios, revenue per lift/mile, and other data to drive profitability, implement cost-control measures, and assess customer profitability. Partner with the commercial team to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying and capturing local business opportunities.• Lead a high-performing, engaged team that spans nine managers and 50+ hourly staff, including collaborating on recruitment, ensuring robust employee onboarding and investing in employee growth through on-the-job training.
