Lead all activities related to distilling Ole Smoky\'s portfolio of spirits at our Nashville location; Including, but not limited to, raw material handling, milling, mashing, fermentation, distilling, proofing, and bottling-Develop, execute, and monitor effective monthly and annual production schedules in order to emphasize Key Performance Indicators of cost, quality, safety and yield across all operations-Laboratory analysis, when applicable, during operation phases in order to determine associated metrics to ensure quality-Record and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual information for TTB compliance and reporting both manually and utilizing ERP systems (currently Whiskey Systems & NetSuites)-Regularly inspect and perform proper preventive maintenance procedures on boilers, stills, pumps, agitators, and all production related equipment.
