About Benjamin Harris Delgado
Highly motivated finance student with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in Private Wealth Management. Incoming 2026 Finance Summer Analyst for Citi, I spent this past summer as an Intern at Baird, where I supported daily branch operations, assisted financial advisors in serving high-net-worth clients, and gained exposure to portfolio strategy and investment planning.I have also interned in finance at LifeBridge Health, where I analyzed ledger reports, reviewed contract labor invoices, and supported regulatory reporting efforts across five hospitals.Outside of finance, I’m active in self planned service trips in Latin America. I co-founded Blue Bayside, a non profit focused on humanitarian support and poverty alleviation with a focus on Latin America. With Blue Bayside, I have led a humanitarian initiative in Cuba and recently returned from a service project in Guatemala, where I successfully raised over $1,200 to fund school supplies and direct aid for over 400 students. With a passion for global service and cultural immersion, I\'ve traveled to 25+ countries, gaining a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives. These experiences have strengthened my adaptability, cross-cultural communication, and commitment to making a meaningful impact—values I bring to every professional setting.Currently preparing for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and excited to build a career in wealth management, where I can combine technical expertise with a people-first mindset to help clients achieve financial confidence.
