ABOUT BENJAMIN FATHI

Benjamin is a multi-talented Solution Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Microsoft Certified Data Analyst with a wealth of experience in cloud architecture, data solutions architecture, and automation. He has a Diploma in Data Analytics from the Toronto School of Management, a Certificate in Cyber Security from York University in Toronto, and a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of Tehran in Tehran, Iran.Benjamin began his career as a Business Development Consultant at The BlockchainHub in Toronto, where he assisted companies in incorporating blockchain technology into their operations. He later worked as an Account Manager/Business Analyst at Softchoice in Toronto, where he submitted bidding proposals for various government entities in multiple states across the US. He also developed trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors by providing high-quality customer service.At CDW Canada in Montreal, Benjamin serves as a Power BI Developer and Automation Data Analyst, where he increased the automation rate from 40% to 65% since joining the company and saved thousands of hours for the sales team. As a Solution Architect and Founder of NFTsTangible in Montreal, he architected a cloud-native solution to accommodate the e-commerce and web3 applications, hosted on AWS. He also integrated blockchain/cryptocurrency payment processing into e-commerce development and designed and created NFTs on OpenSea and integrated them into 3rd party applications to facilitate printing solutions on tangible products.Benjamin has also worked as a Data Analyst/Power BI Developer at GUS Canada in Toronto, where he created and managed AWS instances to support the data analytics team with an automated data pipeline. He also analyzed large datasets from various sources to generate insight for the marketing team and made comprehensive reports for the marketing and management team to refine their long and short-term strategies.Prior to his work in technology, Benjamin earned a Graduate Business Administration degree from Concordia University in Montreal. He possesses a variety of technical skills, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, Microsoft 365 Administration, API implementation, data integration and migration, documentation and walk-through, identity and access management (IAM), e-commerce and web integration, and strong SQL skills.
