Align\'s recent investment into direct fabrication of oral health devices puts it at the forefront of harnessing additive manufacturing for point of care medical devices.Operated as a super user for in house developed proprietary software and provided production level support to various teams for manufacturing high precision, 3D printed oral health devices.Used various 3D software programs to generate, modify, and process.stl files for direct manufacturing, and ensured product quality - this included manual testing and visual inspection of 3D models with a strong investigative mindset.Managed and trained small teams to support production activities, including creating training demos, workshops, and developed work instructions for new and existing projects.Collaborated with biomechanical and process engineers to refine technician workflows and align on technical requirements, as well as identifying and resolving process gaps and hurdles to scalability.Maintained a deep understanding of end-to-end production pipeline and device context.
