Created the Munich Re Operational Resilience Policy and Operational Resilience Framework to ensure PRA, FCA regulatory compliance. Also ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s.· Complete the annual Operational Resilience Self Assessment, presenting for approval to the relevant ExCo and Board’s.· Liaising with Regulatory Bodies including the FCA, PRA and Lloyds both via data requests and in person meetings.· Implemented the Munich Re Specialty Group (Umbrella Company) Emergency Management Group. Supported the Chair with Incident Management for disruptive events to ensure satisfactory recovery.· Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to map current Important Business Services, establish Impact Tolerances and subsequently create Business Impact Assessments and then Business Continuity Plans.· Enhanced Supply Chain Resilience, working collaboratively with Third Party Vendor Management. Implemented Due Diligence for Critical and Material Third Party providers.· Coordinate and Test all Important Business Services and Critical Supportive Functions in order to validate resilience, business continuity planning and identify inefficiencies and vulnerabilities.· Document, Track and Implement measures to improve Operational Resilience across the orginsation.· A member of the Lloyds Market Association Operational Resilience Forum driving change to the Lloyds Market.
