Lead the Engineering and Network Expansion Team for Amazon\'s Heavy Bulky Business (AMXL), with end-to-end (E2E) ownership of planning, designing, and executing all the building launches, moves, and closures, as well as Retrofits, Expansions and Initiatives (REI), and Sustainability projects for Inbound Cross Docks (IXD), Fulfillment Center (FC), Sort Center (SC) and Delivery Station (DS), totaling 146 active operations in NA. The team works across other organizations/teams (Real Estate, Precon, Construction, Design, Ops Design,Safety) to execute the Plan of Record- Lead team to launch, move and close 78 sites, and Increase network capacity through 168 retrofits within NA totaling $850MM- Create and manages the CAPEX plan for Amazon\'s Heavy Bulky operations: a $300MM budget for 2025- In 2025, created framework for project assignments, led process mapping efforts, created tracking mechanisms with dashboard metrics to track projects status, which contributed to a decrease in average launch timeline by 45 days from Site Selection from Launch (11% improvement)- Drove fixed cost reduction through new colocations and site consolidations, delivering $52MM annualized reduction in 2026 and beyond
