In this newly created role as Strategic HR Business Partner for Group Functions, I partner existing business enablement Functions and lead on the establishment of global Group level Functions for the business. Partnering with several Group Vice Presidents/Executive Level leaders, I am responsible for developing, owning, and implementing an HR strategy that drives employee engagement and supports the delivery of the overall business strategy.Moog Inc.(NYSE: MOG) is a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and systems integrator of high-performance precision motion and fluid controls and control systems.
