Founded and lead one of the most active and forward thinking student organizations on campus. Focused on developing the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators, and strategic thinkers.Oversee all core operations — weekly programming, guest speakers, partnerships, fundraising, and full compliance with Title IX and student org policies.Run weekly meetings on startup case studies, ideation, product strategy, and market analysis. Help members sharpen skills in leadership, problem solving, and execution.Built a culture of cross disciplinary collaboration. Support students from idea to pitch to go to market strategy.Personally led the Executive Board in organizing a major event: a private in person meeting with billionaire real estate mogul Daniel Neiditch at his NYC penthouse. I initiated the relationship, secured funding, and guided strategic discussions on business growth and impact.Through this role, I’ve continued to strengthen my leadership, collaboration, and strategic communication skills, but most importantly, create real world opportunities for students at Conn.
