My primary mission with the team is to establish Quantum, the Thales Design System, with the goal of improving design consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all product lines. This will result in better user experiences and elevate the Thales brand. In support of this mission, we are focused on delivering web components for React, Angular, and Vue with a strong design-to-dev approach- There are many other important side missions that we are working on, such as: building a website, creating a platform for low-code / no-code development, and establishing consistent documentation. Each of these efforts plays a critical role in realising the full potential of Quantum and delivering on our mission to improve the user experience and elevate the Thales brand- I have also successfully maintained with another team, the Thales Digital Platform, a secure digital product development service that builds and runs secured digital services for Thales clients.Key results- Quantum has already been adopted by 112 teams within Thales- 41% decrease in design to dev implementation time, as measured by post-release surveys and customer feedback.Technology used: Typescript / Stencil / Web-components / React / Redux / Next / Angular / Vue / Nest / Jest / Tailwind / PostCss / Rollup / Lerna / Strapi / Storybook / Docusaurus / Java / Springboot.
