Review, respond to, and dispatch Asset Protection-related work orders and service requests.• Review incoming applicant background checks to determine applicant eligibility for employment based on the company\'s pre-established criteria. • Review submitted background checks for accuracy, and if incorrect information was submitted by the store and/or applicant, submit a new background check with the correct information.• Respond to requests for store security alarm codes and coordinate assignments with the security alarm vendor and store management and hosts.• Issue access control fobs for LFS Corporate Office hosts and store LFTG access control fobs.• Review Asset Protection-related invoices and prepare them for approval by the Asset Protection Director prior to turning them into Accounting for payment.• Research and respond to departmental, store, law enforcement, and customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner while providing excellent customer service. • Provide direction and support to stores and other company personnel.
